Integra has developed Integra-PGMSim in order to accurately predict various transient behaviors in program (PGM) operation of 3-D NAND flash memories.
Integra-PGMSim predicts the threshold voltage, carrier concentration, ISPP slope, and internal electric field intensity according to manually controlled voltage scheme and device parameters.
